Cerulean is a production studio based in Nashville, Tennessee. We tell stories both big and small, all of them true. 

Founded by director Joe Gomez and producer Vanita Joines, we have produced a variety of motion projects ranging from documentaries, short films, artist visuals and branded content.

With a consistent group of collaborators, our original productions have premiered and competed in film festivals and commercial work have been centerpieces of successful campaigns garnering millions of views. 

As a production company, we partner with clients to steward their vision through each stage of the process. We seek to foster environments where the crew quickly become friends, and documentary subjects are immediately put at ease. Curiosity and compassion are what drive us to seek and tell all kinds of stories. Our aim is to keep telling these human-centered stories, both locally and globally.
